All payments made on this platform are final and are non-refundable, non-revocable, and non-creditable under any circumstances.

Once a purchase is completed, no refund requests will be entertained for reasons including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or lack of usage.

However, at the sole discretion of the company:

• Batch rescheduling may be permitted
• Fees may be adjusted toward another course or service
